Ready, Set, Draw!……Sign-ups for the After-School Art program will begin Monday, September 14th.
Here's what you need to do:
Sign-up sheets will be located on the POET desk at the elementary building Monday morning, September 14th. Sign-ups will continue until the class is full. Please note: CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED AND FILLS UP FAST!
Please fill in your artist(s) name/grade/parent name/contact number on the sign-up sheet.
The program costs $35.00 per artist. Make checks payable to "POET" and please indicate "A.S. Art" on your check and/or envelope (if you are paying with cash) and deposit into POET box. This fee covers the cost of ALL materials for your artist.
Make sure to pick up an After-School Behavior Policy (they will be available on the POET desk next to the sign-up sheets). It is important that you read thru the Policy with your artist(s) and BOTH parent/guardian and artist need to date and sign the Policy.
Remember, payment and a signed After-School Behavior Policy need to be turned in no later than September 30th. If payment and signed Policy are not turned in by the deadline, your spot will be given to the next available artist on the waiting list.
This after-school program is open to artists, K-6th. It is a 10-week program. It is held every Wednesday from 3.00-4.00pm in the elementary gym. The first class will be held Wednesday, October 7th.
