JR. SPIRIT SQUAD CLINIC - TODAY is the last day to sign up! Girls and boys in Kindergarten-8th grade are invited to join NDPA's Spirit Squad to learn some fun cheers and dances and perform at the Faculty vs Students Basketball game on Monday, March 4.

-Clinics will be held Thursday, February 28, 3:30-5:00 PM and Friday, March 1, 1:30-3:00 PM.
-Performance at 4:00 on Monday, March 4.
-Cost is $25 per person and includes a t-shirt. Family discount $20 per person for 2 or more participants.

FUNDRAISING AUCTION - Get a taste of silent auction bidding like we have at our Annual FUNdraising Auction!

Visit the elementary gym during the Student Guided Conferences (PTC) and bid on two certificates for tax preparation each worth $100 off. The auction will begin Wednesday, March 6 and end Thursday, March 7.

Rules: Minimum bid $15. Bid increments in $10.00. Bids only accepted on the auction form found in the elementary gym.

Certificate must be redeemed by April 15, 2019 at the Clearfield office. Top two bids will win the certificates. $100 off per person.

NDPA BOARD OF DIRECTORS - Position Available

North Davis Preparatory Academy Board of Directors requests all interested candidates submit a letter of intent and resume outlining their skills and qualifications to be a board member no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15th by email to:

Successful Candidates Must:
-Understand and support the Charter of NDPA (see NDPA website or Jr. High Office)
-Understand the importance of team leadership.
-Understand the roles and responsibilities of a Board Member
-Understand and support the NDPA Board Constitution.
-Must clear a background check.
-Be willing to attend meetings as required and fulfill responsibilities associated with the position.

A selection of candidates will be chosen and interviewed at a Board Meeting. The Board position(s) will be determined by a majority vote from the Board of Directors. The current Board Members will be making the final decision on new Board Member positions.

POET IS NOW ACCEPTING 2019-20 BOARD APPLICATIONS – We need YOU to be “PART OF EVERY THING” (POET)!!! POET is now recruiting for the 2019-2020 Board. POET’s purpose is to be the “organizers, fundraisers, facilitators, volunteers, and enthusiastic cheering section at the programs and events that make NDPA unique and strong.

-Available positions vary from 20 hours a month to 5 hours a month; hours vary depending on the position and month of the year.

NDPA UNIFORM SALE - How did that shirt get too small? Where did that hole come from? What happened to your hoodie?! If you find yourself asking these questions then we have good news! There will be a POET Uniform Sale on Wednesday, March 6, 1:30-7:00 PM, and Thursday, March 7, 1:30-5 pm. Gently used uniforms (Shirts $2, Pants $3) and NDPA Hoodies ($5) will be available. We will accept uniform donations (clean and hole free), but at this sale we will ONLY be selling POET owned clothes. Contact/text Katherine (801-725-2557) with any questions.

SHOW YOUR LOVE FOR ART - And the winners of the 2019 Annual 'Show Your Love for Art' are... (drumroll please)... 4th grade in the Elementary building and 6th grade in the Jr. High building. Congratulations to these grades that were determined to Show their Love for Art!!!

8TH GRADE ZION CAMPOUT - Just a few spots left! We’re taking 20 lucky 8th graders to Zion National Park! (We wish we could take more but this is our first attempt at a trip like this so we want to keep it small group for now.) We will leave NDPA at 8:00 AM Friday, May 17, and will return to the school Monday, May 20 at 3:00 PM. The first 20 that pay their fee on or before March 29 get to go! If your child is one of the lucky ones to go they will experience all the beauty that Zion National Park has to offer with legendary hikes such as Angel’s Landing with Walter’s Wiggles, Emerald Pools, and even the Narrows! They will also learn all about the unique geology that Utah has, as well as the experience of camping in Watchman campground. While on the trip your student will be learning about ecosystems, identifying different species in the park, outdoor adventure training, and gain all the health benefits that go with it, as well as learning more about this amazing state that they live in with historical information about Zion National Park. The trip includes transportation to and from the park, camping fees, all meals while in the park, as well as chaperones to keep your students engaged and safe; all at a low cost of $75 per student. If you are interested in having your child experience this unique opportunity, please contact Ms. Adams or Mr. Garcia and/or attend the parent informational meeting on Friday, March 15, in the Junior High Gym, from 2:00-3:00 PM.
