2019-20 IMMERSION LOTTERY APPLICATION - Parents interested in moving their students into Spanish Immersion for the 2019-20 school year are invited to fill out an Immersion application now through May 12. Parents will be informed by email of their status by the end of May. Families must have volunteer hours of 30 or more to be entered into the first lottery pull. Ongoing acceptance will occur as openings in the program become available.

SPIRIT WEEK, MAY 13-17 - For all days, please come to school already dressed/hair done so we aren’t messing up the bathrooms or getting to class late. Also, the basics of dress code still apply — cover your body and don’t offend folks. Regular uniform applies to any part of outfit not a part of the dress up (so you may need to wear uniform pants if your dress up is only a top). Mostly, let’s make sure it isn’t a nightmare for teachers so we get to keep this fun week each year!

-Monday: PAJAMA DAY: As the name suggests, show up in your jammies! Make sure they cover your body, and please wear regular shoes.
-Tuesday: SPORTS DAY: Wear a jersey from your favorite team. Please wear regular uniform pants.
-Wednesday: MEME DAY: Dress Up like your favorite Internet joke or meme. If you have a question about appropriateness, check with a adviser/homeroom teacher in advance.
-Thursday: THROWBACK THURSDAY: Pick a decade and style it up. It could be '80s hair and shoulder pads or '70s bell bottoms. Please come to school with your outfit/hair complete for the cleanliness of our bathrooms.
-Friday: FREE FREE DRESS DAY: No dollar involved, dress how you’d like (within regular dollar dress standards).

2019-20 STUDENT REGISTRATION paperwork is due ASAP. If you have received an email stating you have not yet registered for the next school year, please complete your registration right away. If you have already completed your registration but keep getting those pesky reminder emails, please contact Karyn Webster (formerly Baker), or call (801) 547-1809. It is imperative we get this information so we we know if you are returning to NDPA next school year.
