Dear NDPA families,
Please review this information with your student.

Building Access
In order to help support our Local Health Department and the Utah department of Health on the spread of the Corona virus we have opted at this time to minimize the presence of students on the school grounds. School employees will have hours of availability between 10:00 -2:00 pm Mon-Friday, where they can be reached via e-mail.
The Elementary office will be closed, but you can reach us at the Jr. High office (801) 336-3601 for any grade, K-9, related questions or concerns.
Remote Learning and Digital Instruction
Wednesday, March 18th. NDPA teachers will provide instructional materials and directions electronically through email, CANVAS, Office365, Edmodo, Imagine Learning and ALEKS. It is critical that students and parents/guardians check their email accounts regularly.
Class Content & Digital Availability
Teachers will be reaching out to students via emails that are on record in Aspire to coordinate online class procedures. If accessing course content digitally is a barrier, please reach out to your teachers to coordinate with them and the front office.

Library
The library will be closed from March 19-27, 2020 and no materials will be checked out during this time.
Student due dates have been extended for all checked out materials. Please wait to return books until school is back in session.

School Lunch

Starting 03/18/2020 Grab and Go sack lunches will be available for pick up at our Jr. High building only. At this time we are requesting that you pre-order your lunch by emailing Lunchcount@northdavisprep.org. Families need to order before 8 pm the night before. Families that do not have access to the internet may call the Jr. High office at 801-336-3601 between 10:00 am - 2:00pm the day before to order lunches. Pickup times will be between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm.
Meals are only for students with a current student account. Students on a free or reduced meal plan will continue to be charged the discounted fee, otherwise all meals will be the normal price.
Individual Education Plans, SpEd
Special Ed Teachers will be in daily contact with student(s) and or parent(s)/guardian(s).

Games, Practices, Activities
All extracurricular games, activities, practices, meetings, and other events, etc. are cancelled until further notice.
