ATTENTION NDPA VOLUNTEERS - POET has a new program to track volunteer hours! The program is called HelpCounter and will be an easy tool for parents to input and track volunteer hours and sign up for volunteer opportunities. This program is separate from the school’s system, keepntrack. Volunteers will need to sign on to keepntrack for any onsite school activities.

How to get started:

1 - Submit a volunteer application online by following the link. You will need to provide your name and email.
2 - After submitting your application, watch for an approval email (check your junk folder). This email will have a link for creating a home access account. You can create your account online or on the app. (Search the app store for HelpCounter Home Access)
3 - Once you have created and logged onto your account you can add volunteer hours (by activity or classroom), fill out an interest form and sign up for volunteer opportunities.
