LOTTERY OPEN ENROLLMENT & CURRENT STUDENT REGISTRATION REMINDER

Open enrollment is here! NDPA is a state charter school with the number of applicants exceeding the number of openings. We handle this by accepting students via a lottery system. When a student is selected from the lottery pool, his or her siblings are given preference to other applicants; they are placed on a special sibling waiting list until openings are available.

If you applied for the 2022-2023 school year and your child has not been selected, you will need to re-apply for the 2023-2024 school year. Applications are not rolled over to the next school year. Preferences for employees, board members, or siblings of current students will be in accordance with our charter application and state and federal laws. Every effort will be made to accept all siblings within an individual family, but this may not be possible due to capacity on class sizes.

Current NDPA students will need to indicate their intent to return by registering for the 2023-2024 school year and complete an Annual Policies Acknowledgment.

LOST AND FOUND CLEANOUT

Please check the lost and found. Items will be cleared out and donated on Tuesday, January 24.

GIRLS BASKETBALL OPEN GYM AND TRYOUTS

Jr. High - Girls' Basketball Open Gym
Monday, January 9th & Wednesday, January 11th

3:30pm to 4:30pm
6th - 9th grade

Girls' Basketball Tryouts
Tuesday, January 17th & Wednesday, January 18th
3:30pm to 5:30pm
6th - 9th grade

Mandatory Parent meeting for those that make the team on Monday, January 23rd right after practice, 5:30. For questions, please contact Amanda Wilkins, AWilkins@northdavisprep.org

FINE ARTS CONCERT

Come see our Junior High Fine Arts Concert on Thursday, January 12! They will be performing at 7pm in the Junior High Gym!

YEARBOOK COVER COMPETITION

We are having a school wide art contest to determine whose design will be chosen as the cover of our yearbook. Elementary school and Junior high will have separate competitions. All artwork must be turned in with a submission form you can find here: Yearbook Submission Form . All submissions are to be turned in to the FRONT OFFICE no later than MARCH 31st.

LUNCH NOTE

Parents, if you make an online payment it can take up to 8 business days to show in the account.
So if you wait to pay until your student is negative, and use the online system, you will more than likely receive a few notices of negative account.
Meal prices are $2.00 for k-6 and $2.40 for 7-9
So that you can plan ahead, you can also send a check or cash to the school.
All students account balances are available in Aspire.
